  1. Determined on a subsample of granules, bulked together, taken from the bulked granules obtained in 2008. ACC content was calculated using the calibration curves shown in Figure 1. With respect to the 2012 data, 3 repeat readings were made on the same sample, values are mean ± standard deviation, n = 3.
